  • Development-driven enterprise with a social/ethical mission - engaging human capital through networks to deliver public and social goods at home and abroad, adressing inequity and fostering self-determination. This would be a cost-recovery, rights-based and empowerment model, oriented to creating the architecture of change (removing barriers in technological, knowledge-management and people systems that reduce opportunity and create inequity).
