Low-cost solutions for sustainability, flexibility, efficiency and control - through standardized CMS and CRMs. Reducing costs of communication technology from phone through to computer networks.
  • Re-thinking the 'think tank' - making it virtual (very low overhead, no rent!) and networked; integration of policy research/white papers combined with accessible multimedia engagement to deliver messages on multiple levels - from rigourous complexity to soundbite to viral,
  • Development-driven enterprise with a social/ethical mission - engaging human capital through networks to deliver public and social goods at home and abroad, adressing inequity and fostering self-determination. This would be a cost-recovery, rights-based and empowerment model, oriented to creating the architecture of change (removing barriers in technological, knowledge-management and people systems that reduce opportunity and create inequity).
