Endowment of Basic Capital as a Human Right

In the 21st century, where money becomes almost universally required to obtain the necessities of life, the endowment of basic capital as a birthright for all human beings through a system of constitutionally guaranteed citizen banking, gauranteed living income and access to microcredit is necessary both to end poverty and the corruption of aid, and to stabilize the global monetary system. This is possible as globalization creates one closed economy, as opposed to a collection of (relatively) 'open' economies.
